This beautiful villa is in a village location and is ideal for all your holiday needs. The property benefits from all day sunshine and has various terraces for you to enjoy. From the top terrace we have wonderful views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. There is a sheltered porch with table and chairs for alfresco dining, which can also be enjoyed from our other 2 terraces. The village of Daya Vieja has bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery and hairdresser. The countryside is minutes away with orange and lemon trees in abundance. There are many local fiestas and parades which are always colourful and exciting. There are many markets within easy reach. During the summer there is an open air cinema in the village's plaza.

12km to Torrevieja where there is a range of excellent shops, beaches, bars, clubs and restaurants. There is also a water park. Benidorm is approximately 1 hour by car where the Terra Mittica theme park can be found together with Aqualandia water park and Wildlife park Park Natura.

Daya Vieja is a small village with a few restaurants, a bar, a bakery and a pharmacy. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants can be found in nearby towns Rojales, Benijofar and Ciudad Quesada a few minutes drive
away.
